Technology mastered transactions — pipelines, forecasts, dashboards. But it left behind what makes business work: the human connection.
How it started
In 2025, Viesturs — now my co-founder — asked me to review Oily's sales process and see what today's AI could do. I built a simple prototype: invoice-based forecasts, a customer watchlist, and practical insights. We put it in the field for a few weeks, then listened. All six reps independently summed it up: great customer relationships are when the customer buys — and when the customer talks.
